Our maintenance activity
To carry out its Maintenance activity, SIANA has facilities and equipment that comply with international standards to carry out its preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance according to the four levels of maintenance.
Level 1 maintenance
Level 2 maintenance
Level 3 Maintenance
Level 4 Maintenance
Level 1 maintenance
Simple checks carried out at each entry or exit of a high-speed train without exceeding 30min.
Level 2 maintenance
Maintenance operations scheduled between rotation’s train in order to optimize equipment availability as much as possible and to detect any anomalies that may affect running gear, pantographs and comfort elements.
Level 3 Maintenance
- These are periodic maintenance visits including tests, checks and inspections which may lead to adjustments or replacement of wearing parts.
Organ replacement is carried out during visits or during a failure. - These Maintenance operations require a downtime of up to several weeks.
Level 4 Maintenance
These are component maintenance operations carried out periodically requiring in particular removal for an overhaul (e.g. bogies, axles, air conditioning, etc.)
